Неврит «конского хвоста» у собаки

Присутствие В-лимфоцитов и плазматических клеток заставляет заподозрить местную выработку антител и, следовательно, иммуноопосредованное заболевание. Нельзя исключить, что в данном случае инфекция N. caninum послужила пусковым механизмом аутоиммунной реакции.

В заключение, насколько нам известно, это первый описанный случай очагового неврита «конского хвоста» невыясненного происхождения. Точная роль N. caninum неясна.

Неврит «конского хвоста» следует включить в список возможных дифференциальных диагнозов у собак с похожими симптомами.
